Karthik has a bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Kumaraguru college of Technology, Coimbatore and Masters degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. After completion of studies, he has worked in various positions in the controls engineering field, for several systems integrators in the USA. The list of companies include Assembly & Test Worldwide (ATW) and ATS Automation.
During his tenure, he has handled a variety of automation projects. His area of expertise is in electrical system design, PLC programming and robot programming. He has also led various projects related to engine assembly and testing for General Motors & Cummins India with overall project management responsibility. Some of the robots programmed include ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman, Nachi and Kawasaki. PLC’s programmed include Allen Bradley(AB), ABB, Omron, Delta, Siemens, GE Fanuc & Mitsubishi
Currently holds the position of Director at Synetics Automation Solutions. Area of expertise – Electrical system design, PLC programming and Robot programming.
Abarna has a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College and a masters degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, Virginia. She has extensive experience in Java programming and has worked for several companies in the US and India.
Currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Silverstone Engineering, a CNC machine shop producing precision machined components. Area of expertise – Java Programming and software training
Vijayaram has a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. After completion of the masters degree, he has 10 years of work experience in the USA working for General Motors.
Vijayaram’s main area of expertise is in designing and building fully automated assembly lines for assembling trucks and cars. On average, each body shop that he has worked in consists of 300 to 400 welding and material handling robots which include Kuka, ABB, Fanuc & Yaskawa Motoman. He also has extensive experience in project management, installation of automated assembly lines, and getting the lines production ready at assembly plants.
Currently holds the position of Director at Synetics Automation Solutions. Area of expertise – Automation design, Assembly automation, Robotic Assembly and welding lines.
